THE Niger Delta Indigenous Movement for Radical Change, NDIMRC has warned all those rooting for the sack of the Petroleum Minister, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke as a result of the oil sector probe to end it now or face unpleasant consequences.
There have been many calls for the Petroleum Minister to voluntary resign or be sacked by the President as a result of the Mallam Nuhu Ribadu-led Task Force report on Oil Revenue.“The call for the removal of the Oil Minister is unacceptable to us and those at the forefront of the campaign should halt it now, she is untouchable; she has brought pride to the people of Niger Delta in particular and the country in general and we will mobilize for her to retain that position till 2020,” the group said in a statement.
